ancestral medicine
I use different modalities including: energy work, cleansings (limpias) and clearings, smoke medicines, and intuitive work. Healing touch therapeutics, platicas (talks), ventozas (cupping) are also some tools I’ve acquired for my medicine bag. This medicine has been taught to me through a familial lineage, ancestral heritage, and other medicine keepers.
